In early trading on Monday, shares of Walt Disney topped the list of the day's best performing Dow Jones Industrial Average components, trading up 1.5%. Year to date, Walt Disney registers a 12.4% gain.
And the worst performing Dow component thus far on the day is Cisco Systems, trading down 1.2%. Cisco Systems is lower by about 10.7% looking at the year to date performance.
Two other components making moves today are Verizon Communications, trading down 1.2%, and Apple, trading up 0.4% on the day.
