The 3M Company Board of Directors declared a dividend on the company's common stock of $0.78 per share for the third quarter of 2026. The Board of Directors of Badger Meter today authorized a 10% increase in its quarterly common stock dividend to $0.44 per share from $0.40 per share. The increased dividend is payable September 11, 2026, to shareholders of record on August 28, 2026. The new annual dividend rate for common stock is $1.76 per share.
