The Alliant Energy Board of Directors today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.5075 per share payable on February 18, 2025, to shareowners of record as of the close of business on January 31, 2025. Dividends on common stock have been paid for 317 consecutive quarters since 1946. Alliant Energy is recognized as a member of the S&P 500 Dividend Aristocrats Index.
SL Green Realty, Manhattan's largest office landlord, today announced that its board of directors has declared a monthly ordinary dividend of $0.2575 per share of common stock, which is the equivalent of an annualized dividend of $3.09 per share. The dividend is payable in cash on February 18, 2025 to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 31, 2025.
Huntington Bancshares announced that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on the company's common stock of $0.155 per common share, unchanged from the prior quarter. The common stock cash dividend is payable April 1, 2025, to shareholders of record on March 18, 2025.
During the first quarter of fiscal 2025, D.R. Horton paid cash dividends of $128.5 million. Subsequent to quarter end, the Company declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.40 per common share that is payable on February 14, 2025 to stockholders of record on February 7, 2025.
