Cvent prices IPO at $21, above the range
Cvent, a leading cloud-based event management software provider, raised $118 million by offering 5.6 million shares at $21, above the range of $17 to $19. Cvent plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol CVT. Cvent initially filed confidentially on 4/29/2013. Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs acted as lead managers on the deal.
