China Construction Bank Corporation has announced the appointment of Mr. Zhang Yi as its new president following approval from the National Financial Regulatory Administration. Mr. Zhang has officially taken office, with further details available on the HKEXnews website. The bank’s board of directors, which includes both executive and non-executive members, provided the announcement on 3 June 2024.
