(RTTNews) - Friday, Calumet, Inc. (CLMT) announced second-quarter financial results, reporting a net loss of $95.9 million, or $1.09 a share, compared to $147.9 million, or $1.70 a share, in the prior year.
Net sales narrowed mainly due to higher revenue and lower operating loss. Also, it was significantly impacted by an unrealized gain of $9.0 million for derivatives and non-cash RINs-related expense of $163.6 million.
Sales for the quarter came in at $1,445.1 million, up from last year's $1,026.6 million.
Operating loss totaled $40 million compared to $101 million in 2025.
In the pre-market hours, CLMT is trading at $40.70, down 2.82 percent on the Nasdaq.
