Biogen Expands Digital Strategy With Veeva Vault CRM

(RTTNews) - Biogen Inc. (BIIB) has selected Veeva Systems (VEEV) Veeva Vault CRM as its global customer relationship management platform, strengthening its digital infrastructure to support commercialization efforts.

Vault CRM will serve as the business foundation for Biogen's sales operations, enabling the company to streamline engagement with healthcare providers and accelerate delivery of therapies to patients.

Veeva executives highlighted the platform's adaptability for complex therapies and its role in ensuring faster access to medicines worldwide.

Biogen's global CIO, Guy Hadari, emphasized that the move reflects a deepening of the company's strategic partnership with Veeva, citing shared commitments to innovation and customer satisfaction.

Vault CRM is a part of broader Vault CRM Suite, which includes advanced applications such as the Agentic Call Report. These tools form the basis of Veeva's "Agentic Commercial" model, leveraging AI to help ensure more patients receive the right medicines.

Veeva Systems, a public benefit corporation serving over 1,500 life sciences customers, noted that the partnership underscores its mission to align innovation with patient benefit.

This collaboration marks another step in Biogen's digital transformation strategy, positioning the company to enhance commercial efficiency and patient reach through advanced CRM capabilities.

BIIB has traded between $131.52 and $222.85 over the past year. The stock closed Tuesday's trading at $220.77, up 1.21%. During after-hours trading the stock is at $220.52, down 0.11%.
