Belden Plans EUR 450 Million Note Offering
(RTTNews) - Belden Inc. (BDC), a supplier of specialty networking solutions, on Monday said it plans to offer EUR 450 million of senior subordinated notes due 2033 in a private offering.
The company intends to use the proceeds to redeem its 3.375% senior subordinated notes due 2027 and to cover related fees and expenses.
