Beacon Financial Names Sean Gray CEO

(RTTNews) - Beacon Financial Corporation (BBT), the holding company of Beacon Bank, said Monday that Sean A. Gray has been appointed as the chief executive officer of the company and the bank, effective September 21, 2026.

Gray will also serve on the boards of both entities, succeeding Paul A. Perrault, who retired Monday after a banking career spanning more than five decades.

Gray has nearly three decades of banking experience across commercial banking, asset-based lending, wealth management, specialty lending and other businesses. He most recently served as Beacon Financial's chief operating officer, overseeing enterprise operations and the successful integration of systems following mergers.

Beacon Financial shares were down more than 2% in pre-market trading after closing at $30.83 on Friday.
