Artrya Limited has announced the issuance of new unlisted equity securities, including two tranches of options with an exercise price of $0.25 each. The first tranche is for 500,000 options with a milestone date of September 30, 2025, and the second for 680,000 options with various milestone dates, all expiring on June 11, 2029. These securities are part of a previously announced transaction and will not be quoted on the ASX.
