Pearson PLC has announced that Artisan Partners Limited Partnership now holds a 5.04% stake in the company, crossing the threshold on June 3, 2024, and the issuer was notified two days later. This change in major holdings has resulted in Artisan Partners commanding a total of 33,783,078 voting rights within Pearson. The notification includes no forward-looking statements or proxy voting arrangements.
