Ansarada Group Ltd. (AU:AND) has released an update.
Ansarada Group Ltd. is awaiting the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission’s (ACCC) review of its proposed acquisition by Datasite and the sale of certain products to an entity controlled by its CEO. The ACCC’s decision is expected by early August 2024, with subsequent shareholder meetings and finalization anticipated in late August and early September respectively. Despite the delay, both Ansarada and Datasite remain committed to the transactions and are working towards regulatory approval.
