Alliance Laundry Prices Upsized 22.55 Mln Share Offering At $23.50/shr

(RTTNews) - Alliance Laundry Systems Corp. (ALH), a provider of commercial laundry equipment, on Wednesday announced the pricing of an upsized underwritten public offering of 22.55 million shares by its principal stockholder, BDT Capital Partners LLC and affiliated investment funds, at $23.50 per share.

The selling stockholders have granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 3.38 million shares.

The company will not sell any shares in the offering and will not receive any proceeds from the sale.

As part of the offering, the company has agreed to repurchase 3.30 million shares from the underwriters at $23.50 per share.

Alliance Laundry Systems closed trading 3.19% lesser at $24 on the New York Stock Exchange. In the after-hours, the stock traded 0.42% higher at $24.10.
