Aliko Scientific U.S. Unit To Receive $2Mln In Dispute Settlement
(RTTNews) - Aliko Scientific (ALIKO.PA), an international life sciences group dedicated to integrated oncology diagnostics, announced on Monday that its wholly owned U.S. subsidiary has reached a settlement resolving an existing dispute.
With respect to the issue, the company will receive a USD 2 million payment. The related proceedings have been dismissed.
The company did not disclose the identity of the counterparty, the nature of the dispute, the amount originally claimed, or other financial terms of the settlement.
The announcement only stated that the settlement resolves an existing dispute involving the U.S. subsidiary.
