James is the Head of Board Advisory for the EMEA & India region. He is a governance and board effectiveness specialist, with two decades’ experience working with some of the world’s most dynamic organisations.

He is considered an international governance thought leader, being a regular contributor to prominent publications and professional events. James has been published by leading journals such as the Harvard Law School Forum on Corporate Governance and the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung as well as other international governance bodies such as the IoD India, Chartered Governance Institute UK&I and the GCC Board Directors Institute.

Based in London, James has experience of supporting clients across EMEA, India, North America and Asia-Pacific. He holds a Master’s Degree (MSc) in Global Governance and Ethics from University College London (UCL) and is a graduate of the Sustainability Leadership Programme at Imperial College London Business School. James is a member of the Society for Corporate Governance.
