New York Association of Chapters of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated, the first African American Greek letter organization in the United States, visits the Nasdaq MarketSite in Times Square. Formed in 1906 at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, the mission of the Fraternity is to develop leaders, promote brotherhood and academic excellence, while providing service and advocacy for our communities. In honor of the occasion, Larry Scott Blackmon, President of the Association, rings the Closing Bell.
