Hologic, Inc. Rings the Nasdaq Stock Market Opening Bell

Hologic, Inc. (Nasdaq: HOLX), a global leader in women’s health and the company that pioneered 3D mammography, kicks off Breast Cancer Awareness Month at the Nasdaq MarketSite in Times Square. In honor of the occasion, Stephen P. MacMillan, Chairman, President and CEO, rings the Opening Bell along with employees selected for their outstanding accomplishments in fiscal 2023. Hologic is the title sponsor of the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) and as part of that relationship, tennis great and breast cancer survivor Martina Navratilova will join the bell ringing ceremony. October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, an annual campaign to bring attention to the impact of breast cancer. Started in 1985 by major breast cancer charities, the event has grown internationally.
