We began our operations in China in 2005 through Beijing 58, a PRC limited liability company, which has become our consolidated affiliated entity through a series of contractual arrangements. Our current holding company, 58.com Inc., was incorporated in May 2011 as a limited liability company in the Cayman Islands. On November 5, 2013, we raised US$200.0 million in net proceeds from the initial public offering of our ADSs and another US$15.0 million from a concurrent private placement of Class A ordinary shares to DCM Hybrid RMB Fund, L.P., a fund affiliated with DCM V, L.P., one of our existing shareholders. Our ADSs trade on the New York Stock Exchange, or the NYSE, under the symbol "WUBA." On April 2, 2014, we and certain selling shareholders completed a follow-on public offering of ADSs.
