("Wheaton Cayman"), each of which is wholly-owned by the Company and is governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands, and Silver Wheaton Luxembourg S.a.r.l. ("Silver Wheaton Luxembourg") which is wholly-owned by Wheaton International and is governed by the laws of Luxembourg.
