Company Description (as filed with the SEC)

Turning Point Brands, Inc. (the "Company," "we," "our," or "us") is a leading, independent provider of Other Tobacco Products ("OTP") in the U.S. We estimate the OTP industry generated approximately $11 billion of manufacturer revenue in 2017.
