Presidential and congressional elections in Argentina took place in October and November 2015, resulting in Mr. Mauricio Macri being elected President of Argentina. The Macri Administration assumed office on December 10, 2015. Since assuming office, the Macri Administration has announced and executed several significant economic and policy reforms and transactions, including: INDEC reforms. On January 8, 2016, based on its determination that the Instituto Nacional de Estad√≠siticas y Censos (the National Statistics and Census Institute, or "INDEC") had failed to produce reliable statistical information, particularly with respect to consumer price index ("CPI"), gross domestic product ("GDP"), poverty and foreign trade data, the current administration declared the national statistical system and the INDEC in a state of administrative emergency through December 31, 2016.  ...
