Our shares of common stock have been listed under the symbol "SDRL" on the Oslo Stock Exchange, or the "OSE", since November 2005 and on the NYSE since April 2010. Our principal executive offices are located at Par-la-Ville Place, 4th Floor, 14 Par-la-Ville Road, Hamilton HM 08, Bermuda and our telephone number is +1 (441) 295-6935. We are an offshore drilling contractor providing worldwide offshore drilling services to the oil and gas industry.
