The terms "Regions," "the Company," "we," "us" and "our" mean Regions Financial Corporation, a Delaware corporation and its subsidiaries, when appropriate. Regions provides traditional commercial, retail and mortgage banking services, as well as other financial services in the fields of asset management, wealth management, securities brokerage, insurance brokerage, trust services, merger and acquisition advisory services, and other specialty financing. At December 31, 2017, Regions had total consolidated assets of approximately $124.3 billion, total consolidated deposits of approximately $96.9 billion and total consolidated stockholders' equity of approximately $16.2 billion.
