Company Description (as filed with the SEC)

We are a real estate investment trust, or REIT, formed in 2009 under Maryland law. As of December 31, 2018, our wholly owned properties were comprised of 247 buildings and we had a noncontrolling ownership interest in three buildings through two unconsolidated joint ventures in which we own 50% and 51% interests. As of December 31, 2018, our consolidated properties have an undepreciated carrying value of approximately $3.9 billion and a depreciated carrying value of approximately $3.6 billion. Our consolidated properties have approximately 31.9 million rentable square feet. As of December 31, 2018, our properties were leased to approximately 518 different tenants, with a weighted average remaining lease term (based on annualized rental income) of approximately 5.7 years.
