We are one of the nation's largest homebuilders, a provider of real estate related financial services, a commercial real estate, investment management and finance company through our Rialto segment and a developer of multifamily rental properties in select U.S. markets primarily through unconsolidated entities. Our homebuilding operations are the most substantial part of our business, comprising $11.2 billion in revenues, or approximately 89% of consolidated revenues, in fiscal 2017. On October 29, 2017, we entered into an agreement (the "Merger Agreement") pursuant to which CalAtlantic Group, Inc. ("CalAtlantic"), another of the nation's largest homebuilders, will be merged with and into a subsidiary of Lennar (the "Merger").
