We are a growth-oriented master limited partnership formed in Delaware in 1996. Our common units are traded on the New York Stock Exchange, or NYSE, under the ticker symbol "GEL." We are (i) a provider of an integrated suite of midstream services - primarily transportation, storage, sulfur removal, blending, terminalling and processing - for a large area of the Gulf Coast region of the crude oil and natural gas industry and (ii) one of the leading producers in the world of natural soda ash. Our sulfur removal business results in us being the largest producer, we believe, in the world of sodium hydrosulfide (or NaHS, pronounced "nash"). Historically, a substantial majority of our focus has been on the midstream segment of the crude oil and natural gas industry in the Gulf of Mexico and the Gulf Coast region of the United States.  ...
