FCB Financial Holdings, Inc. ("FCB") is a bank holding company, headquartered in Weston, Florida, with one wholly-owned national bank subsidiary, Florida Community Bank, National Association. We provide a range of financial products and services to individuals, small and medium-sized businesses, some large businesses, and other local organizations and entities through 46 branches in south and central Florida. We target retail customers and commercial customers who are engaged in a wide variety of industries including healthcare and professional services; retail and wholesale trade; tourism; agricultural services; manufacturing; distribution and distribution-related industries; technology; automotive; aviation; food products; building materials; residential housing; and commercial real estate. Since our formation in April 2009, we have raised equity capital and acquired certain assets and assumed certain liabilities of eight failed banks from the FDIC, as receiver.  ... More ...
