We are a leading distributor of building and industrial products in the United States ("U.S."). The Company is headquartered in Georgia, with executive offices located at 1950 Spectrum Circle, Marietta, Georgia, and we operate our distribution business through a broad network of distribution centers. We serve many major metropolitan areas in the U.S., and deliver building and industrial products to a variety of wholesale and retail customers. We were incorporated on March 8, 2004 as ABP Distribution Holdings, Inc. ("ABP"). ABP was majority-owned by an affiliate of Cerberus Capital Management, L.P., a private, New York-based investment firm. On May 7, 2004, Georgia-Pacific Corporation sold the assets of its distribution division to ABP. ABP subsequently merged into BlueLinx Holdings Inc., a Delaware corporation formed on August 26, 2004.
