STEP TO THE MAIN MARKET TRAINING

In a listing process for the Main Market, Nasdaq appoints an experienced auditor (exchange auditor) from one of the major auditing firms to review the company. The review results in a report and a  recommendation for the listing approval decision.

Each session is provided by one of the exchange auditors engaged by Nasdaq Stockholm and is aimed at board members and senior management teams of companies currently listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market and Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market, and companies in process to be listed on the Nasdaq Stockholm Main Market.

Content

Our free training sessions cover the role and review of the exchange auditor in the listing process to Nasdaq Stockholm. Additionally, it provides information and answers to:

  • The listing process and the parties involved
  • The role and responsibility of the company during the review process
  • How does the exchange auditor interact with legal and financial advisers to the company?
  • What is important in the assessment of the company’s ability to meet the listing requirements?
  • What are the requirements around risk management and internal control?
  • What is an Advance Notice?
  • The exchange auditor’s reporting to the Nasdaq Listing Committee for listing approval
  • How can the company best prepare for an exchange auditor review process?

The Step to the Main Market training session takes place at Tullvaktsvägen 15, Stockholm at 13:00-16:30 CET
