Main Market Training: Overview of the Listing Process

Our complimentary training provides an overview of the Nasdaq Stockholm Main Market listing process and guidance for listing on the Nasdaq Stockholm Main Market. The primary focus of the training is the listing review process conducted by the listing auditor (formerly exchange auditor), the role of the listing auditor and listing requirements for the review report and recommendations.

Each session is co-hosted by one of the listing auditors and is intended for board members and senior management teams of companies currently listed on the Nasdaq First North Growth and Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Markets and companies in the process of listing on the Nasdaq Stockholm Main Market.

Starting on October 1, 2021, a company can either select its listing auditor from one of the major auditing firms it prefers to work with to review the company or it can request that Nasdaq appoint a listing auditor to review the company. As of January 1, 2022, Nasdaq no longer appoints the listing auditor, with the company choosing and engaging a listing auditor instead.
