NORWALK, Conn., Oct. 23, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Reed’s Inc. (Nasdaq: REED), owner of the nation’s leading portfolio of handcrafted, all-natural beverages, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 11,666,667 shares of its common stock at a price of $0.60 per share for gross proceeds of approximately $7.0 million. Reed’s has also granted to the underwriter a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,750,000 shares of common stock to cover overallotments in connection with the offering. The offering is expected to close on October 25, 2019, subject to customary closing conditions.
Roth Capital Partners is acting as the sole manager for the offering.
Reed’s intends to use the proceeds from the proposed offering to fund the growth of its business, new products, sales and marketing efforts, working capital, and for general corporate purposes.
