(“Biotii”) has entered into a cannabinoid pharmaceutical advisory agreement (the “Agreement”) with Pfizer, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Biogen Advisor, Dr. Alexandros Makriyannis, PhD (“Dr. Makriyannis”).
