Rock the Bells Rings the Opening Bell

As 2023 marks the 50th anniversary of Hip-Hop and August 11 is National Hip-Hop day, Rock The Bells celebrates by partnering with Nasdaq to recognize and honor the culture and community cultivated by this unique artform by ringing the opening bell at the Nasdaq MarketSite Times Square.

Rock the Bells convenes the social shifters, makers, and creators who have inspired Hip-Hop’s 50-year culture now and into the future, bringing the most influential names to Nasdaq’s HQ, led by GRAMMY® Award-winning Hip-Hop icon, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee, Kennedy Center Honoree; recording artist, actor, author, founder & CEO of Rock The Bells, LL COOL J and Chairman and RTB Founder, Geoff Yang, with Rock The Bells executives and partner brands as they take the Nasdaq floor to show the world the future is Hip-Hop. Together, we are rocking the bell into the future and showing the importance of investing in the culture, as we advance it forward into the next 50 years.
