Zhaopin prices IPO at $13.50, the midpoint of the range

Zhaopin, which operates China's second largest online job board for white collar workers, raised $76 million by offering 5.61 million shares at $13.50, the midpoint of the $12.50 to $14.50 range. Zhaopin will list on the NYSE under the symbol ZPIN. Credit Suisse and UBS Investment Bank acted as joint bookrunners on the deal.
