Zendesk, which provides a SaaS customer service platform primarily to SMBs, raised $100 million by offering 11.1 million shares at $9, the midpoint of the range of $8 to $10. Zendesk plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol ZEN. Zendesk initially filed confidentially on 2/14/2014. Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse acted as bookrunners on the deal.
