YuMe prices IPO at $9, below the range

YuMe, a leading online video advertising network, raised $46 million by offering 5.1 million shares at $9, below the range of $12 to $14. The company had originally planned to offer 5.0 million shares. YuMe will list on the NYSE under the symbol YUME. YuMe initially filed confidentially on 4/3/2013. Citi, Deutsche Bank and Barclays acted as lead managers on the deal.
