WTI crude down $1
Bloomberg reports that Iran will attend the Doha oil production freeze talks. However they will not join other producers in freezing output, as has long been their position.
The headlines haven't had any affect on WTI crude oil, which is struggling today and testing Friday's low of $38.33. That's been an important level because it was also the early January high.
