Wilbur Ross' blank check company WL Ross Holding prices upsized IPO at $10
WL Ross Holding, a blank check company formed by private equity manager Wilbur L. Ross, raised $435 million by offering 43.5 million shares (vs. 40.0 million shares initially planned) at $10, as expected. WL Ross Holding will list on the NASDAQ under the symbol WLRHU. The company initially filed confidentially on April 7, 2014. Deutsche Bank and BofA Merrill Lynch acted as joint bookrunners on the deal.
