Components of that ETF with the highest volume on Wednesday were Xylem ( XYL ), trading trading flat with over 2 shares changing hands so far this session, and Xylem ( XYL ), trading flat on volume of over 2 shares. Energy Recovery ( ERII ) is the component faring the best Wednesday, higher by about 5.8% on the day, while Global Water Resources ( GWRS ) is lagging other components of the PowerShares Water Resources Portfolio ETF, trading lower by about 1%.
