In trading on Wednesday, the PowerShares Dynamic Pharmaceuticals Portfolio ETF ( PJP ) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 1.1% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Lannett ( LCI ), up about 15.1% and shares of Impax Laboratories ( IPXL ), up about 4.7% on the day.
And underperforming other ETFs today is the Silver Miners ETF ( SIL ), down about 5.2% in Wednesday afternoon trading. Among components of that ETF with the weakest showing on Wednesday were shares of Endeavour Silver ( EXK ), lower by about 9.6%, and shares of McEwen Mining (MUX), lower by about 9.5% on the day.
