Volta Resources Yields Most of Early Gains After Finding More Gold at Nassara Target

Volta Resources (VTR.TO) is up 3 cent at $1.60 a share, adding a few pennies in recent minutes after giving back much of its early advance following the company finding more gold at Nassara South-West gold target in Burkina Faso

The company said drilling identified more gold mineralization along a northwesterly strike spanning 600 metres. Grades measured 1.01 grams gold per ton of ore to 1.75 grams per ton with intersections of up to 10 metres wide.

Shares earlier reached $1.74 a share, up 17 cents, during the first hour of Wednesday trade.
