Valspar's adjusted earnings for fourth-quarter fiscal 2015 (ended Oct 30, 2015) surpassed the Zacks Consensus Estimate, while revenues lagged the same. Valspar anticipates adjusted earnings per share for fiscal 2016 in the range of $4.80-$5.00, reflecting growth of 8%-13% in constant currency.
