US stock futures marched higher Tuesday as traders looked ahead for more earnings results.
S&P 500 futures rose 0.3% and futures on the Dow Jones Industrial Average gained 0.6%. Nasdaq-100 futures picked up 0.4%.
Oil prices were steady, with global benchmark Brent crude at $71.18, while US West Texas Intermediate crude was up a slight 0.08% to $63.45 following signals from Russia that it wants to end the current deal that curbs oil production.
At 9:15 am, data are expected to show industrial production rising 0.3% with a capacity utilization rate of 79.1% for March, according to data compiled by Econoday.
At 10 am, the housing market index is seen coming in at a consensus of 63 for April vs March's 62 reading.
In equities, shares of Kamada Ltd. (KMDA) climbed 9.3% pre-bell after the protein therapeutics company said it has received positive feedback from the US Food and Drug Administration about its inhaled alpha-1-antitrypsin program for the treatment of alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency.
