US Futures Edge Up Amid Corporate Earnings

U.S. stock futures edged higher on Monday as traders evaluated another round of corporate earnings, including those from T-Mobile ( TMUS ), Halliburton ( HAL ) and Kimberly-Clark ( KMB ).

Oil prices nudged higher with global benchmark Brent Crude up 0.12%, and U.S. crude West Texas Intermediate was up 0.54% recently amid the rising geopolitical concerns in Iraq's oil-rich Kurdistan region.

At 8:30 a.m., data are expected to show the Chicago Fed national activity index coming in at -0.1 in September vs -0.31 in August.

In equities, American depositary shares of DBV Technologies ( DBVT ) were 46% lower pre-bell after its phase 3 study of peanut allergy drug missed its primary endpoint.
