US crude oil production declined slightly in Dec - EIA

Feb 29 (Reuters) - U.S. crude oil production fell in Dec. to 13.315 million barrels per day (bpd), a slight decline from November's record 13.314 million bpd, data from the Energy Information Administration showed on Thursday.

Crude oil output in Texas also fell in December to 5.637 million bpd after hitting a record high in the previous month, the data showed.
