Uranium One Wraps $463.5M Bond Issue in Russian Federation

Uranium One Inc. (UUU.TO) has completed its offering in the Russian Federation of a debt issue with a principal amount of US$463.5 million. The Bonds will commence trading on the Russian MICEX stock exchange next Wednesday, Dec. 14.

The bond issue represents the first-ever offering of its kind by a foreign public company in the Russian Federation. The Bonds will bear interest at a rate of 6.74%, payable semi-annually.

In connection with the Offering, Uranium One has entered into a Ruble/U.S. dollar cross-currency swap agreement.
