UPDATE: Rye Patch Gold Up Two Cents, To 71 Cents; Price Has Almost Doubled In Three Days

Rye Patch Gold Corp (RPM.V), a company focused on exploring well-known mineral trends in Nevada, has risen two cents from its previous close, and is trading at 71 cents. Rye Patch shares dipped to 66 cents after opening, before rising to a day high of 74 cents at 10.02am ET. More than 1.5 million shares have changed hands so far.

Rye Patch Gold has filed a lawsuit against Coeur Rochester, Inc, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Coeur d'Alene Mines Corporation. On Dec 5, before the lawsuit was filed, Rye Patch shares were languishing at 38 cents.
