Marauder Resources (MES.V) has engaged M Partners of Toronto to lead a $1.5 million private placement of common share units, the proceeds of which will be used for initial development of the Company's assets in the East Coast Basin, New Zealand, and for general working capital purposes. The unit price is $0.065, consisting of one common share of the Company and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant is exercisable into one common share of the Company at a price of $0.13 per common share for a period of 24 months from the Closing Date.
Marauder is now trading at 8 cents, on volume 90,000.
