UPDATE: Marathon Gold Jumps Nearly 17% At the Open As Announces Strategic Acquisition of Bonanza Mine

Marathon Gold Corporation (MOZ.TO) started today's session with an almost 17% jump to $1.34 from yesterday's $1.15 close after announcing earlier that it has purchased the Bonanza Mine, located in north eastern Oregon, USA. The Bonanza Mine is a historic high-grade producer and Marathon owns 100% of the property.
