UPDATE: Habenero Shares Down 12% Today

After its strong performance yesterday when it touched a day high 9 cents, Habanero Resources Inc. (HAO.TO) has shaved 1 cent off yesterday's close of 8.5 cents and is currently trading 7.5 cents per share. More than 1.3 million shares have already changed hands and there is pressure to lower the price further, to 7 cents.

The company had announced yesterday that it has lifted its land position by approximately 11,000 acres on its 100% owned Grande-Vallee North Aluminous Clay Prospect.

Habenero touched a year high of 15 cents on June 2 and hit a year low of 5 cents on Oct 4.
